Domenic Ferrante
Domenic Ferrante is the Managing Partner of The Ferrante Group. From 1993 to 2009 Mr. Ferrante worked at Bain Capital, where he was promoted to Managing Director in 1999. He was a co-founder of Brookside Capital, a long/short public equity affiliate of Bain Capital, and sole portfolio manager from 2005 to 2009. During Mr. Ferrante’s tenure (1996 to 2009) Brookside grew from zero to over $11 billion in managed assets with consistent top-quartile performance, and invested approximately 20% of capital in private investments.
Mr. Ferrante is an expert in corporate strategy, acquisition, and financing strategy. He retired from the Policy Board of Bain Capital and now resides with his wife and four children in Naples, Florida.
Domenic sits on the Investment Committee of the University of Michigan Endowment and is a minority owner and Executive Committee member of the Boston Celtics. He is also involved with the Harvard Humanitarian Initiative, Boys & Girls Club of Collier County, and Community School of Naples.
Domenic received a B.A. in Economics from the University of Michigan and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
Todd Binkowski
Todd Binkowski is a Partner with The Ferrante Group. Mr. Binkowski spent the first five years of his career designing, programming, and selling production process control software for IBM.
Beginning in 1995, Mr. Binkowski spent eight years in the private equity industry with a particular focus on manufacturing and technology companies. He went on to hold positions as COO and CEO in the private sector working with supply chain and associated manufacturing efforts in the United States and China.
Mr. Binkowski resides in Naples, FL with his wife, and they have three grown children. He received a B.S. in Computer Engineering from the University of Michigan and an M.B.A. from Duke University.
Nicholas Kordonowy
Nicholas Kordonowy is a Senior Associate with The Ferrante Group. Mr. Kordonowy has substantial experience in financial analysis, mergers and acquisitions, and financing strategies.
Beginning in 2013, Mr. Kordonowy spent five years in the investment banking industry at J.P. Morgan with a focus on strategic corporate engagements to maximize shareholder value creation through bespoke M&A structuring, capital structure optimization, capital allocation and shareholder distribution policy, and capital markets advisory.
Mr. Kordonowy, CFA, resides in Naples, FL with his wife. He received a B.S. in Chemistry-Engineering from Washington & Lee University as a Johnson Scholar and an M.B.A from the University of Virginia as a Darden Foundation Scholar.
